Accessibility Statement EAA

June 2025

At Convious, we are deeply committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. Accessibility is not just a technical requirement for us—it is a fundamental part of our mission to create seamless and inclusive digital experiences for everyone, regardless of their abilities.

To uphold this commitment, we have conducted an internal accessibility audit and are actively working towards full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines represent an internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility and form a critical component of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which outlines the legal obligations for digital service providers operating within the EU.

So, who does the EAA apply to? While the EAA’s guidelines have already been in effect for public sector and governmental institutions, the scope of the legislation is expanding.  Importantly, not every website is required to implement all of the requirements immediately.

In alignment with these evolving standards, we are proactively and continuously working toward full compliance with the EAA. Our goal is to ensure that our platform not only meets legal requirements but also provides a truly accessible and enjoyable experience for all users.

In the meantime, if you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our services or require additional support, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@convious.com. We are happy to provide assistance or offer content in alternative formats whenever needed.
