Convious appoints new Head of People and Culture

Leading eCommerce platform software and app innovator Convious has appointed its first Head of People and Culture to further support business growth, enhance the employee experience and cultivate the existing culture as Convious expands into new offices.

Continuing its growth strategy, Convious has welcomed HR professional Suzanne Gort to its team as Head of People and Culture.

This new role will further enhance the organisational structure, as the team continues to grow, supporting the alignment of policies and procedures with a key focus on strengthening company culture and ensuring that employee needs are met.

Suzanne brings a wealth of HR experience to the role with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles having worked for large tech scale-up Levi9 as HR Manager, and strategic consulting partner InSpark as Senior HR Manager.
