Suzanne Gort, Head of People and Culture at Convious explains said:
“I was immediately attracted to this role as it combines my education within the hotel and leisure industry together with my professional experience within the HR field. The energy, loyalty and openness of all my colleagues is amazing. I look forward to working with the team and further growing the company while cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit and culture”.
Camiel Kraan, CEO, Convious:
“Over the past few years we’ve seen many transformations happen within the work place. Now we’re seeing a shift in the HR field, it’s evolving from classic Human Resources which is more admin-based, to a role which is much more people-oriented. Companies are seeking a strong people partner to help their team stay connected, especially as we continue hybrid working.
“Our strategy is simple. It’s to understand what our employees need and align our policies across our office network to meet and exceed those expectations. Suzanne is the perfect person for this role. We can already see the value that she is bringing to the company as she continues to build and nurture our culture, ensuring our team feels valued, supported and inspired”.
