Convious appoints Werner Dullmaier as Managing Director for DACH Region

We are very pleased to be welcoming Werner Dullmaier, who joins us as Managing Director DACH, to our growing team in Germany. 

He joins us with extensive experience in the leisure industry having held prestigious positions within Merlin Entertainments for over 18 years. This includes as Director Operations for LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort and as General Manager for SEA LIFE Aquariums, with his expertise covering product management, sales and marketing and business strategy. 

After leaving Merlin, Dullmaier set up his own consultancy specialising in destination optimisation covering infrastructure, product excellence and marketing to ensure high quality guest experiences and streamlined operations.

Dullmaier will be expanding operations and growing the business for Convious in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, where we have experienced huge growth over the last three years, especially in Germany. This has been driven by the move to digital infrastructure, the increase in popularity of attraction destinations and the amount of time guests are now spending there, with weekend breaks gaining popularity over day trips.
