Drayton Manor Resort, part of the Looping Group, has entered into an official partnership with leading experience economy software developer and app innovator Convious to implement a fully integrated eCommerce, crowd control and guest experience platform.
This multi-year deal will see Convious collaborate with Drayton Manor Resort to streamline and enhance performance through a parkwide ticketing solution that encompasses operational management, finance and guest experience features. This will enable complete real-time insights and control, all through one cloud-based platform.
The initial focus for the data-driven AI solution will be on driving better online conversion rates, introducing dynamic pricing to the resort and enhancing the guest purchase experience during and after their visit.
