Heidi has over a decade of international experience in transforming teams and driving success. At PARK NOW Group, she unified customer care across six countries, streamlined processes, and moved German-speaking support to the Netherlands. At enviolo, she relocated Technical Support to headquarters, improved processes, and enhanced collaboration, boosting service quality and efficiency.
