Discover hidden worlds with Convious at IAAPA Expo Europe 2023

Convious will be taking guests on a voyage of discovery at IAAPA Expo Europe to explore the ‘Hidden Worlds’ of the experience economy solar system, including Planet Revenue, Planet Visitor Experience and Planet Operations on Booth B-2006.

The attraction management platform innovator will be hosting a series of free daily talks, taking place at 3pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 11am on Thursday. These will share insights into how intelligent AI features can streamline the digital journey for guests and operators, increasing revenue, enhancing the visitor experience and reducing manual operations.

 


These sessions begin on Planet Revenue on Tuesday 26th September with ‘How to Boost Your Revenue Using Dynamic Pricing & More’. Convious will be joined by Geordi Storms, CFO, and Sanne D'Haese, Revenue & Ticketing Manager at Plopsa to explore the opportunities for upsells, conversion-driven ticket sales and smart pricing, drawing on Plopsa’s own experience of launching the real-time pricing model earlier this year. 

 

On Wednesday 27th September visitors will travel to Planet Visitor Experience learn about ‘Crafting Unforgettable Experiences with Personalisation & More’, with in-depth insights into using personalisation techniques to engage and captivate visitors from the initial digital first impression. 

Wednesday will also see Convious sharing a first look at the findings from the second annual Visitor Attraction Website Report Survey by Rubber Cheese. This is the only true benchmark specifically for the visitor attractions related to websites, providing valuable insights into user experience and other areas that can make or break the online presence of a visitor attraction.

On Thursday 28th September a journey to Planet Operations will see Convious sharing its secrets of ‘Streamlining Operations & Beyond’. The team will once again be joined by guest speakers Geordi Storms and Sanne D'Haese from Plopsa to explore the art of automation, reporting, and forecasting to free up valuable time and resources.

In addition, Werner Dullmaier, VP of Business Development EMEA at Convious will be taking to the EDUSession stage and taking part in a Tech Lab discussion about Digital, Data-Driven Personalisation on Thursday, September 28 from 12 - 1 pm in Conference Room 2.
